PiggyBanx creates ultra-limited works designed with the discipline of a luxury object and the soul of fan culture. Each piece from our studio comes protected in display-grade casing and is released through a collector-first system that values craftsmanship over noise and the provenance of captured scarcity.

Every studio has a timeline. Ours is a proof of obsession. Each era marks a shift in craft, scarcity, and the collector experience, from a bedroom-built first run to a full design language built to last.
The Gold Money Band era, commonly referred to as the bedroom era, was the start of it all. The founder was making every piece by hand in his bedroom; no team, no studio, just a vision for what could be possible. Forced to work alone after all of his friends and family told him he was crazy and refused to be a part of it, he kept going. These pieces are crude and look like they were made by someone just trying to figure things out one step at a time. Long before there was any demand, most of them were given away for free.

The "Black Money Band" era begins. The first design to feature the black money band was none other than the iconic "JUMP-MANDALORIAN." The black money band era was also when the two founders met, an era that would change the course of the entire project/studio.

The current nameplate was designed in our first real studio, which was a 900-square-foot garage. Around this same time, the studio introduced the first fully designed back. Often referred to as the “vintage ticket” era, these backs included the price of the piece in the design. The prices at the beginning of this era were $200, then $250, and finally $300. The price on the back is the biggest marker of how early the piece was.

With its beige, red, and black color scheme, this era marks the studio's evolution into refined, globally inspired design. Soon after, the ultra-rare Black Backs emerge, with only 1-3 released per design. Another chase begins, worldwide.

The introduction of the 400% artworks. The backs of the pieces are based on vintage branding, and so is the packaging for these pieces. At the studio, we consider this the "money band" era for the 400% size, as we have many planned upgrades coming for this size of pieces.

PiggyBanx unveils the Two-Dollar Bill back-design, an evolution in both concept and craft. This design introduces gold foiling throughout, adding richness and depth to every piece. For the first time, variation names are printed directly on the backs, bringing additional clarity to each release.
