For international buybacks, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 25% fee will be deducted from the reimbursement amount to cover tariff and duty-related costs.
Shopify refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If a Shopify refund is unavailable, reimbursement will be issued via Zelle or check, at our absolute and sole discretion.
